The New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club’s August meeting was concluded in fine weather and before a good attendance. The track was fast. Totalisator investments amounted to £45,336 10s, compared with £48.641 on the same day last year, a total for the meeting of £113,903 10s, against £130,046 10s last year, a decrease of £16,143.
