LEAVES 14,000,000 DOLLARS DEBTS CHICAGO. August 12. The will of Samuel Insull, former Chicago Utilities “King,” whose forturne was once estimated to be greater than Rockefeller’s, which has now been sworn at probate, showed that he left 1000 dollars cash and 14,000,000 dollars debts.
