STATEMENT BY MINISTER. HEALTH SERVICE AVAILABLE TO ALL. (By Telegraph —Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Referring to the Social Security Bill this morning, the Minister of Finance (the Hon. VI. Nash) stressed the' point that the benefits payable under the Bill, which were costing in the vicinity Of seventeen millions, would not be subject to the social security charge. He also laid emphasis on the point that the health benefits embraced every citizen, old or young.
