Mrs H. Williams, Masterton, is a visitor to Wellington. Mrs S. A. Madden is a Masterton visitor to Wellington. Mrs W. Hodge has returned to Greytown after a visit to Newman. Mrs Ada Willis, of Pahiatua, and Mr and Mrs Ron Foreman, of Napier, who are on a tour of the North Island, are the guests of Mr and Mrs W. H. Saunders, Essex Street, Masterton. Miss Daisy Roberts, who has been employed in the office of the Drivers’ Union, Wellington, for some time, has returned to Carterton. Prior to leaving she was the recipient of a presentation from her fellow employees, who expressed their regret at her departure.

ENGAGEMENTS. The engagement is announced of Ina, daughter of the late Mr W. B. McFadzean, Featherston, to Clifford, son of 'Mrs and the late Mr A. N. Harris, Waipukurau.
