THOROUGH REORGANISATION PLANNED. OTTAWA, August 9. Canada’s land, sea and air defences are to be reorganised in the near future, and an Air Council, headed by Air Vice-Marshal W. A. Bishop, V.C., the war ace, as Air Marshal, may be formed. It would co-ordinate military and civil aviation. The Fishermen’s Reserve, on the Pacific Coast, is being organised to co-operate with the navy, and militia training camps in all parts of the country are being developed rapidly.
