POISON GAS
USE BY THE JAPANESE IN .CHINA EVIDENCE SUBMITTED TO LEAGUE. CONCLUSIVE PROOF OFFERED, GENEVA, August 10. Dr Hoo . Chitsai, permanent Chinese delegate/, today submitted to the League a report signed by Dr H. Talbot, British surgeon at Ninchuang general hospital, proving conclusively that the Japanese are using poison gas against the Chinese. The report gives clinical and pathological details of 19 cases of gas poisoning in the Matung area between July' 2 and July 5.
