LEAGUE ASSEMBLY
MR JORDAN SUGGESTED AS PRESIDENT. (Recd This Day, 9.35 a.m.) LONDON, August 10. Reuter’s Geneva correspondent says New Zealand’s High Commissioner, Mr W. J. Jordan, it is reported, is being sounded as to whether he will accept the presidency of the League Assembly at the new session in September.
