FORMAL REPORT ISSUED BY LORD RUNCIMAN CONFERENCE WITH PARTIES LONDON, August 9. Viscount Runciman, issued his first official communique, stating that he had a conference with Dr Hodza (Premier of Czechoslovakia) regarding the next step for the further elucidation of the position, and co-operation with the Czechs. . He later received members of the Henlein Party, and further discussed their memorandum.
