KAMAL PASHA SERIOUSLY ILL. HOVERING BETWEEN LIFE & DEATH. LONDON, Aug. 8. The “Daily Herald” says that seven doctors are attending Kamal Ataturk, Dictator- of Turkey who has been hovering between life and death for a week aboard his private yacht off Istanbul. News that he is suffering from a grave liver complaint has been kept from the Turkish people, who were merely advised that he had slightly improved after a serious chill. His condition was so serious on Thursday that the Cabinet was summoned to consider the nomination of a temporary President. No decision was reached. ATATURK RECOVERING. ISTANBUL, Aug. 8. Kamal Ataturk is stated to be recovering from his illness.
