PREPARATIONS FOR POSSIBLE EMERGENCY. ' (Reed This Day, 10.29 a.m.) NAIROBI, August 5. The Governor, at the reassembly of the Legislature, announced the creation of a committee to draw up a scheme for the utilisation of man power in the event of war and also a committee, under the chairmanship of a Royal Air Force squadron-leader, to adapt existing communications to meet military requirements.
