NO REPEAL BILL PROPOSED IN SOUTH AFRICA GENERAL HERTZOG’S EMPHATIC DENIAL (Recd This Day, 9.55 a.m.) CAPETOWN. August 2. The Premier, General Hertzog, in the Assembly gave an emphatic denial to the report that a draft bill had been prepared, repealing British nationality.
