GIRLS’ CLUB CONCERT

Members of St Matthew’s Girls’ Club have won a great reputation for the excellence of the annual concert presented by them, and a full house always greets these talented performrs. The concert this year should even enhance that reputation, and a particularly bright programme has been arrayed under the direction of Mrs E. J. Rich. A striking feature will be a concerted item of unusual character, including vocal, instrumental and dancing numbers all working to a striking climax. Two hilarious farces will be presented. The concert will be held in the Parish Hall on Tuesday, August 9, at 8 p.m.
