CHARITY BALL

TOMORROW NIGHT’S ATTRACTION Arrangements are now complete for the annual Charity Ball to be held in the Municipal Hall tomorrow night. The decorations are of an attractive design and the supper will be of the usual high standard. The music will be supplied by Udy’s Full Dance Orchestra and the Blue River Dance Band. The matrons-of-honour will be Mrs A. R. Bunny, Masterton, and Miss H. Card, Featherston. Messrs J. W. Card, Featherston, J. Savage, J. Jamieson, D. B. Curry, E. K. Eastwood and F. Corry, Masterton, will be the reception committee and Messrs B. Iveson, W. C. Orange and J. J. Hunter will act as M.C’s. The presentation of the debutantes to His Grace Archbishop O'Shea will take place at 8.45. p.m. and dancing will commence at 8 p.m.
