EQUAL RIGHTS ACCORDED BULGARIA NEW AGREEMENT SIGNED REGARDED AS GUARANTEE OF PEACE (Recd This Day, 9.15 a.m.) BELGRADE, July 31. It is reliably reported that the Premiers of Bulgaria and Greece, the latter acting on behalf of the Balkan Entente have signed an agreement, whereby the Balkan states accord Bulgaria equality of rights, especially in regard to armaments, and abolish the demilitarised zone in Bulgarian Thrace. The agreement is regarded in Belgrade as a new guarantee for international peace.
