TH.E SOUTH AFRICAN CONTROVERSY] RESOLUTION SUBMITTED BY DR. MALAN. CAPE TOWN, July 26. Dr Malan submitted a resolution in the Assembly demanding that a single purely South African anthem be the officially recognised anthem.
