CHARITY BALL
NEXT WEEK’S BIG ATTRACTION The annual Wairarapa Charity Ball to be held in the Masterton Municipal Hall next Wednesday night has an established reputation for being one of the most enjoyable and successful social gatherings of the year. In addition to being provided with an excellent night's entertainment, patrons will, by attending in large numbers, also have the opportunity of assisting the worthy cause of charity. The' organising committee has all the arrangements well in hand, and indications point to this year’s Charity Ball setting an even higher standard than in former years. The presentation of the debutantes will again be a feature of the evening. Intending patrons are reminded to keep next Wednesday night free.
