IN EMPIRE FOREIGN POLICY OBSERVATIONS BY BRITISH PRIME MINISTER (Recd This Day, 9.40 a.m.) LONDON, July 21. “It is very desirable that ( the Empire should not fall out about foreign affairs,” declared the Prime Minister, addressing the Empire Parliamentary Association’s annual meeting. He added: “As far as possible we should show a united front to the rest of the world, for by doing this we are likely to exercise a far greater influence than if it were thought there was no harmony among us.”
