SENTENCES AT PALMERSTON NORTH. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON NORTH, This Day. In the Supreme Court Mr Justice Johnston sentenced David Allan Steer, a labourer, aged 43, of Feilding, to two years’ imprisonment on a charge of incest; Edward Charles Young, a commission agent, aged 44, to 18 months’ imprisonment, with hard labour, on a charge of breaking, entering and theft; Maurice Lticinsky, an accomplice of Young, a labourer, aged 23. to 12 months’ imprisonment, to be followed by six months’ reformative detention on a similar charge.
