PLANES DAMAGED

SABOTAGE IN UNITED STATES. (Recd This Day, 1.25 p.m.) PHILADELPHIA, July 21. The “Daily News” alleges that five bombing planes were sabotaged at a Naval aircraft factory at Philadelphia. Cables and support guys in the wings ■were severed or weakened, which would have meant the destruction of the planes if they had gone aloft.
