MARTINBOROUGH

EUCHRE TOURNAMENT. (“Times-Age” Special.) The Radio Club’s euchre tournament was held last evening in the Club Rooms. The winners were: —Ladies: Mrs Johns Junr., 1; Mrs Grimstone, 2. Men: Mr A. McCardle, 1; Mr W. Blissett, 2. VARIETY SHOW. A variety show from Wellington was staged to a fairly large audience in the Town Hall last evening. Every act was much appreciated and received loud applause. Singing, dancing, sketches, magic, and the Sunshine piano-accor-deon band went to make up a good programme.
