MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE
ACCUSED MAN REMANDED IN WELLINGTON. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Leonard Neiling, a labourer and brush maker, aged 25. was charged today with causing the death of John Joseph Owen, thereby committing manslaughter, and with assaulting Florence Lily Maud Owen, and was remanded to appear at Petone on Wednesday. The charges arise out of incidents alleged to have taken place on June 6 and June 7.
