WELLINGTON COLLEGE
OLD BOYS’ ASSOCIATION , The annual- gathering , of .the Wairarapa, branch of the’ Wellington College Old Boys’ Association was held in the Masonic Hall, Carterton, on. Saturday evening, there being a large attendance of rnembers and ' visitors, including Mr W. A. Armour, principal of Wellington College, Mr L. McKenzie,' president of the Old Boys’ Association in Wellington, and chairman of the College Board of Governors, and the following executive members of the Wellington Association, Messrs F. Childs, L. George, O. Binnie and T. Beard. Mr W. Armour,' jun. of Wellington, was also present. At the annual meeting, which was followed by dinner and a smoke concert, the following officers were elected for the ensuing year: President, Mr S. R. Gawith; vice-presidents, Messrs T. Cripps, R. W. Roydhouse, W. H. Booth; committee, Messrs C. Raleigh, N. G. Whiteman, H. H. Daniell, J. H. Payton, A. Sutherland, Dr R. M. Campbell; hon auditor, Mr N. H. James; hon secretary, Mr R. Bassett.
