MORTGAGE ADJUSTMENT
WAIRARAPA COMMISSION FINISHES WORK. SITTINGS IN MANAWATU NEXT MONTH. The Wairarapa Mortgage Adjustment Commission dealt with its last case on Tuesday and except for some clearing up work has completed its duties in the Wairarapa. Altogether about 1200 cases have been dealt with. It is the first rural commission to complete its work. The members, Messrs J. H. Handyside (chairman), B. Skeet and F. Brazendale are to be constituted the Wel-lington-Manawatu Adjustment Commission, No, 3, and will commence work in Palmerston North on August 1. It is expected that work in that district will occupy the commission for two or three months.
