SINISTER REPORT PRESENTED IN ITALY NO AFRICAN ADMIXTURE ADMITTED INDICATIONS OF ACTION AGAINST JEWS (Recd This Day, 12.10 p.m.) LONDON, July 14. The Rome correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says: Under the guidance of the Minister of Popular Culture, a group of university professors reported that the racial composition of Italians is purely Aryan, with no African admixture. Jews do not belonr to the Italian race, said the report. This has disquited Jews, who have recently failed to secure promotion in the Army and Navy, being advised to retire.
