LIKELY TO ATTEND PARTY ON MONDAY. (British Official Wireless). (Recd This Day, 10.35 a.m.) RUGBY, July 14. There is now little doubt that the King will be well enough to attend ihe Royal Garden Party at Buckingham Palace on Monday and to leave on Tuesday with the Queen for Paris.
