HORSE SPORTS

WAIRARAPA' FEDERATION The annual meet of the Wairarapa Horse Sports Federation was held in the A and P. Room, Masterton, yesterday, Mr L. Meredith presiding over a fair attendance of delegates from the various clubs affiliated. It was announced at the meeting that the following were the .winners of the £2 2s trophies given by the Federation last season for most points gained by the various horse sports meetings, affiliated to the Federation:—Ladies: Miss Nancy Thomson; men, Mr S. Hay; girls, P. Swanson; boys, C. Skill. It was decided to again donate similar trophies for the coming season. Several alterations were made to the rules which are to be reprinted and issued to all sports clubs. It was decided that the affiliation fee for the coming season be £2 per club.
