HARRIER ACTIVITIES
MASTERTON CLUB TEAM TO VISIT HAWKE’S BAY The following will represent the Masterton Harrier Club in the annual contest for the Keats trophy against the Hastings Harrier Club at Havelock North on Saturday:— Gregory, R. Shaw, Wright, Pullar, Long, O’Dowd, Pringle, Frederickson. Mr A. Keats will act as manager. On account of the Hawke’s Bay Hunt Club races being held on the Hastings racecourse the 61 mile race will be held at Havelock North.
KIATERE CLUB FIVE MILE HANDICAP The weekly run of the Kiatere Harrier Club will be held tomorrow from the Solway headquarters. The event will be a five miles open handicap race with a trophy for the first competitor home. The following handicaps have been declared by Mr G. C. H. Traill, club handicapper: —A.
