WAIRARAPA v. WELLINGTON. CITY TEAM SELECTED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The following Rugby football team has been chosen by the selector, Mr M. F. Nicholls, to represent Wellington in a representative match against Wairarapa, at Masterton, next Wednesday:— Full-back: W. Crisp (Poneke); threequarters, D. Thomson (Athletic), W. J. Fulton (Wellington), L. H. Edwards (Wellington); five-eighths, D. Jones (Athletic), E. Sargisson (Hutt); halfback, W. Thompson (Wellington); front-row forwards, E. O'Brien (Poneke), T. Hegglun (Poneke), C. J. Pringle (Poneke); middle-row forwards, J. Gunn (Athletic), E. Griffen (Hutt), L. Bishop (Athletic), V. Calcinai (Poneke); back-row forward, F. H. Fraser Smith (Wellington). Emergencies: Backs, N. Burns and H. L. Baldwin (Wellington College Old Boys); forwards, E. Todd (St. Patrick’s College Old Boys), and F. Cassidy (Hutt). K. Guy (Athletic) and Miller (Wellington College Old Boys), were not available. Griffen, one of the newcomers to the Wellington representative team, has represented Hawke’s Bay on numerous occasions. The team is to travel to Masterton by special bus. Mr H. Murphy will be the manager. ASSOCIATION CODE MASTERTON v. MARIST The following players to be at the Park Oval tomorrow at 2.30 p.m., when a match will be played against the Marist team:—M. Dixon, J. Brewster, G. Young, J. Grant, J. Cruickshanks, .L. King, G. Longworth, A. Craig, R. Pawson, K. Webb, J. Saxton, B. Bell, H. Campbell.
