DELAYS IN THE TRADE NEGOTIATIONS FINALITY UNLIKELY BEFORE END OF MONTH. MUCH TECHNICAL DETAIL. (Recd This Day, 11.25 a.m.) LONDON, July 12. The Australian Associated Press says it is not expected that the Anglo-Am-erican trade agreement will be signed before the end of July. Continued delays are due to hundreds of items requiring much detailed technical examination, besides discussions with the Dominions.
