HUGHES LEAVING PARIS AT DAWN ROUND THE WORLD RECORD TO BE ATTEMPTED ATLANTIC JOURNEY ALMOST UNEVENTFUL. By Telegraph—Press Association. Copyright. (Recd This Day, 12.20' p.m.) PARIS, July 11. Howard Hughes leaves for Moscow at dawn on the second stage in an attempt on a round the world record. Hughes said the flight was practically uneventful, although thQy had some trouble with an oil pump in mid-ocean. Miss Jean Batten congratulated the airmen.
