HINTS OF TROUBLE IN NEW SOUTH WALES DISSENSION OVER RECENT CHARGES. MOVE TO REPLACE PREMIER. SYDNEY, July 10. A section of the Press here hints that all is not well with the New South Wales Ministry. The origin of the trouble is the recent reconstruction of the Cabinet when the Premier, MrStevens, dropped Mr Chaffey and Mr Shand, respectively Colonial Secretary and Assistant Minister, both of whom are now very bitter.

They have a number of staunch supporters in the Government. Party, who are suggesting that Mr Spooner, Minister for Local Government, replace Mr Stevens in order to restore confidence in the leadership of the Government.
