GAMING CHARGE
CARTERTON RESIDENT BEFORE COURT. X — Tom Collerton, who was arrested by Detective-Sergeant W. Kane at Carterton on Saturday, was later charged before a justice of the peace with using the bar of the Marquis of Normanby Hotel as a common gaming house. He was remanded to appear on July 14, on which date three Masterton men will come before the court on gaming charges. Collerton was granted bail in the sum of £5O.
