COURT DRESSES
HURRIED ALTERATIONS MADE. IN VIEW OF ROYAL DISAPPROVAL LONDON, July 7. The “Daily Mail” says Royal disapproval of last night’s decolletages resulted in tonight’s seven debutantes at Court wearing scarves, hurriedly made by dressmakers, which draped necks and shoulders, with attached diamond clasps and posies. The King again held the Court alone. The Duke and Duchess of Kent, the Earl and Countess of Harewood and Princess Marie Louise were present.
