TYNESIDE v BIDEFORD. COURSE RECORDS BROKEN. (“Times-Age” Special.) The annual inter-club match between Bideford and Tyneside was played at Tyneside under threatening conditions during the weekend, and resulted in a win for Bideford by 18 games to 16. four matches being squared. During the match two course records were broken. The nine-hole course record of 33 established by Mr A. D. S. Duncan in 1934 was broken by Mr C. Percy, of Bideford, who scored 32 which is one under bogey. The eighteen-hole course record of 70 held by Mr O. R. Williams (Tyneside) was broken by Mr E. B. Booth (Tyneside) with .a 69.
