THREE & HALF MILLION SURPLUS v i— SEVENTH IN SUCCESSION. RESERVE REACHES NEW RECORD. (Recd This Day, 11.5 a.m.) CANBERRA, This Day. Federal revenue for the financial year just ended reached a new record total of £48,381,000 exceeding the Budget estimate by £3,881,000 and there is a surplus of £3,498,000. This is the seventh successive surplus recorded by the Lyons’s Government.
