SPUR-OF-THE-MOMENT DRESS. A dress for a spur-of-the-moment party consists of black crepe with a plain white top, a narrow red leather belt, and a white crepe jacket with a red and white carnation boutonniere. Tucks form a chevron motif on the blouse-front of a smart black London frock with a v-shaped waistline belted at the back. Strike a note of freedom in your frock with stride-free pleats all around the skirt and buttons fastening down the front and under the left arm. The blouse-an-skirt silhouette is suggested in an evening frock consisting of a white organza peasant blouse worn with a full skirt of red and white lace. Chips of leather caught like butterflies in a dark blue veil against immaculate white pique enliven a pillbox hat. The fresh combination of dark grey brown and white makes a crisp silk organza evening frock, with fichu and hem-line of white eyelet embroidery. . Let your spring suit be a grey wool frock with a crisp brown taffeta bodice worn with a short jacket of the wool/ banded with fur. The full-skirted, tight-waisted ballerina coat is new for spring.
