GREYTOWN BURGLARY
THIEF DISTURBED. LEAVES HIS HAT BEHIND. ) (“Times-Age” Special.) On Saturday evening about 8.30 o’clock Constables Gregor and McErchern heard a noise behind the W.F.C.A. building. On making investigation they discovered that an intruder had gone over an Bft iron fence on top of which there are 2 rows of barbed wire. A further search disclosed that a small store at the rear of the main building had been broken into and the thief had gathered up some packets of Weet-Bix and sundry articles, but on being disturbed had left the goods behind as well as his hat.
