GERMAN LOANS
BRITISH CHANCELLOR’S WARNING. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June 30. Sir John Simon, Chancellor of the Exchequer, told the House of Commons today that he hoped to be able to make a statement at an early date on the debt negotiations with Germany. “Meanwhile,” said Sir John, “I desire to make it clear that those who from now onward buy Austrian or German loans from foreign holders do so at their own risk.”
