SECOND VICTIM DIES
SEQUEL TO LEVEL CROSSING SMASH. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON NORTH, This Day. The death occurred in hospital of Mrs Ada L. Curnow, this being the second fatality as an outcome of a level crossing smash at the Princess Street intersection with the railway line on the evening of June 8. Miss Emily Hyde passed away earlier. The deceased were sisters.
