INTER-HOUSE COMPETITION. LAST NIGHT’S RESULTS. The first games in the inter-house indoor basketball competition, being controlled by the Masterton Y.M.C.A. were played at the Y.M.C.A. last night. The following are the details:—Kiatere (W. Burns llpts.) beat Reliance (F. Bodie spts., W. Reynolds 4pts.), 11/9. Hamill’s (C. Greager 12pts., Hatton 2pts.. J. Hamill 2pts„ P. Hamill 2 pts., W. Dyer 4pts.) beat Harcombe’s, 22/0; C. Smith, Ltd. (R. Costello 2pts„ D. Leete 2pts., B. Mason 3pts.) meat Faulknor’s (R. Faulknor 2pts„ N. Faulknor 2pts.), 7/4.
