AIR FATALITY
LIEUTENANT PHARAZYN KILLED. CRASH IN YORKSHIRE. (Recd This Day, 1.45 p.m.) LONDON. June 30. A New Zealander, Flight-Lieutenant W. F. Pharazyn, a former Cantab golf blue, crashed and was killed when formation flying in Yorkshire. It is believed that two machines touched wings.
