COLLEGE OLD GIRLS

ENJOYABLE SOCIAL EVENING. On Monday evening at the home of Misses Gwen and Mary Pither the Wairarapa College Old Girls gathered for another of their happy social parties, guest of honour being the association’s patron, Mrs G. G. Hancox. Two musical monologues were rendered by Miss Avis Peterson and Miss Bebe Francis was the winner ’of the competition. A vote of sympathy was passed on the motion of the president, Miss Nina Boddington, to the Misses Phyllis and Joyce Shearer in their recent bereavement.
