SHIPPING FREIGHTS
A POOLING AGREEMENT. AUSTRALIAN AND JAPANESE FIRMS. (Recd This Day, 9.25 a.m.) OSAKA, June 26. A tentative agreement, for two years, has been reached by the Eastern Australian Steamship Company and the Nippon Yusen Kaisha, providing for 70 per cent of the gross profits on freight to be paid into pool accounts, the remaining 30 per cent to be paid into the independent accounts of the respective firms.
