CANADIAN MINISTER
SERIOUS HEART ATTACK. UNDER STRAIN OF BUDGET DEBATE. (Recd This Day, 12.50 p.m.) OTTAWA, June 23. Collapsing under the strain of the Budget debate, the Minister of Finance, the Hon. , Charles Dunning, suffered a heart attack in the lobby of the House of Commons. His condition created serious alarm for two hours and his physicians have ordered him to take a week’s rest.
