WHALING CONFERENCE
LAST YEAR’S CONVENTION EXTENDED JAPAN EXPECTED TO SIGN ULTIMATELY (Recd This Day, 11.25 a.m.) LONDON, June 23. The international whaling conference has concluded. A convention will shortly be signed, largely continuing the position established by last year’s convention. It is expected that Japan will ultimately subscribe to it.
