Miss Marjorie Bailey, Hawera, is spending a holiday at Masterton. Miss S. Collins, of Featherston, intends to visit Sydney shortly. Mrs A. J. Towns, of Masterton, left today on a visit to Akatarawa. A Masterton visitor to Wellington is Mrs G. C. L. Dickel, of Essex Street. Miss Jocelyn Hornabrook, of Masterton, will leave shortly on a trip to Australia. Miss Gwen Either left Masterton today for Paraparaumu where she will spend a short holiday. Mr and Mrs T. F. Watson, of Masterton, are on a visit to Wellington, for the purpose of seeing their son (Dr Alister Watson) oil by the Awatea tonight.
Recently Miss Merle Elizabeth Williams, elder daughter of Mr and Mrs W. V. I. Williams, of Woodville, was married at Woodville to Mr Frank L. Richards, elder son of Mr and Mrs Ralph Richards, of Woodville. Misses L. J. Richards, and M. E. Morgan were bridesmaids. The best man was Mr H. Richards (brother of the bridegroom), the groomsman Mr J. Hurley (cousin of the bridegroom), and the ushers Messrs C. Worboys and K. Strand. § gf 11 1 ...!.
