Soviet airmen report the discovery of 11 hitherto unknown Arctic islands during recent flights from Rudolf Island; a group of five north of Hohenlohe. two in Italian Strait, and four north of Salisbury Island. They declare also that Albert Edward and Harmsworth Islands charted by Jackson in 1895 are non-existent.
