TODAY’S LUNCHEON. IMPROMPTU SPEECHES. At the luncheon of the Rotary Club this afternoon, impromptu speeches were given by Messrs R. Plummer and J. G. Thompson. On the motion of Mr G. W. Sellar, a heatry vote of thanks was accorded to the speakers.
