* MR P. A. COLE ELECTED LIFE MEMBER (“Times-Age” Special.) At a meeting of the Carterton branch of the Wairarapa Returned Soldiers’ Association last night, Mr P. A. Cole was elected the first honorary life member of the branch. The honour was in recognition of the very valuable services rendered to the branch by Mr Cole ever since the war years.
