LACK OF EVIDENCE
JOHN DALE LIBERATED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Copyright. LONDON, June 21. John Dale, who surrendered on May 23, was liberated today by the Marylebone Court owing to the lack of evidence regarding the original charge. John Dale, aged 30, an Australian, was charged with the theft of £lOOO from Roy Stidworthy, of Maida Vale, by means of a confidence trick.
